# Public dataset reuse

The project-produced metadata and editorial annotations in the public exports of
EU AI Policy Observatory are licensed by Yichen Hao under the
[Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International licence (CC BY 4.0)](https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/).

Credit Yichen Hao and EU AI Policy Observatory, link to the dataset version and
the licence, and indicate changes. Attribution must not imply endorsement.
Where the licence applies, it permits sharing and adaptation, including commercial
reuse, subject to its terms. No additional restrictions may be imposed on those
licensed rights.

This licence does not grant rights in official source documents, quoted passages,
third-party works, logos or personal data. Such material retains its own rights
and conditions. Source hosting and links do not establish permission to republish.
This is a data licence, not a licence for the repository's software or private
working materials. It does not extend to unpublished records or preserved source
files. Data are provided without warranties under the licence; recorded review
status does not guarantee accuracy or legal validity.
