Changes from v0.3.0
This snapshot includes eight additional published records and subsequent source-located relationship and editorial grouping updates. Editorial group membership is not a legal relationship. Existing evidence qualifications remain visible.
Document exports now include annotation-state metadata alongside the existing values. Empty fields without a recorded review are not treated as negative findings. Source scopes also indicate whether a structured search record is available; this indicator does not establish exhaustive coverage.
The SQLite documents table has an additional JSON-text column, annotation_states.
Existing named fields and link tables are retained. Consumers using positional columns or exact schema comparisons should update their import routines.
The field guide describes the new states and their limits.
